Popovich Studio Student awarded 2012 Palette & Chisel Scholarship

Congratulations to the Palette & Chisel scholarship winner, Shawn Wendt. She receive a one-year membership to the Palette & Chisel and a $250 certificate towards classes.

Shawn has been attending class at Dale's studio on Thursday nights for about a year. Her experience in transparent watercolor was very little, if any. Through exercises in design to increase her ability and confidence in watercolor she has made great strides in the medium. We're very proud of what she has accomplished in a year.
